Hey, I’m Jenna.

Lovely to have you here.

I’m an Integrative Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist (BSc Hons, MBACP). I work with adults, children, and young people, offering a warm and tailored approach to therapy. I’m currently completing my MSc in Psychology, alongside Interplay training, which continues to shape and deepen my work.

My journey into counselling began in 2014, after my own experience of loss and the incredible support I received from a counsellor at that time. When I felt at my lowest, having someone who truly listened and helped me make sense of what I was going through made a real difference. It showed me how powerful it can be to feel understood, and that has stayed with me ever since.

Since then, I’ve worked with children and adults across community, rehabilitation, and education settings throughout the Northwest, as well as teaching counselling. Over time, I’ve developed particular experience supporting grief and loss, trauma, addiction and recovery, neurodiversity, and complex or long-standing emotional patterns.

For me, therapy is about where you feel genuinely understood and able to explore what’s going on without judgement or pressure. Everyone’s experience is different, and therapy should adapt to your needs.

I care about meeting people where they are, understanding their language, and stepping into their world with curiosity and respect. I work with adults, children, and young people including those who are neurodivergent or navigating significant life changes.

Sessions might involve conversation, creative approaches, or guided techniques, depending on what feels most helpful. The focus is on giving you space to reflect, make sense of your experiences, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Therapy that works for you.
