Adult Hypnotherapy (One-to-One)

Children’s Hypnotherapy (One-to-One, 8+ years)

  • Managing worries or fears

Sessions are available face-to-face or online.

Group Hypnotherapy

Suitable for workplaces, schools, and community settings.

Lower rates are available for larger groups. All sessions are tailored to the goals and needs of the individual or group. Assessment required.
