Counselling
I provide one-to-one counselling for adults and children, supporting challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, addiction, burnout, low self-esteem, and more.
I offer a variety of approaches, including traditional counselling, play therapy, creative techniques, sand play, and sensory methods. I am person-centred, and blend CBT, psychodynamic, Gestalt, existentialism, and solution-focused techniques. Sessions may explore your past, what’s happening for you now, or your hopes for the future. I will never make you go anywhere you’re not comfortable.
Sessions can be face-to-face, online, by telephone, or at a location that works for you.

Clinical Hypnotherapy
Following an assessment, I offer the following:
Adults (one-to-one): Manage stress, anxiety, confidence, fears, weight management, and personal goals. Sessions are face-to-face, online, or at your own venue.
Children (one-to-one over 8+ years old): Support confidence, focus, sleep, and emotional well-being. Sessions are face-to-face, online, or at your chosen venue.
Adults/children (groups over 8 years old): Improve well-being, encourage relaxation, reduce stress, and build confidence. Sessions start from £35 per person, can be held at workplaces, schools, or venues, and lower rates are available for larger groups.
Each session is tailored to your pace and needs, combining relaxation, mindfulness, and practical tools to help you feel more balanced and confident.

Workshops
I offer tailored workshops for adults and children designed to support well-being, confidence, coping skills, creativity, and personal growth.
Recovery and Well-being: supporting adults in recovery with confidence, coping skills, relapse prevention, education, and relaxation techniques.
Confidence and Creativity: Boost self-esteem, help relaxation, and help with exam stress, confidence, creativity and team building. Ideal for workplaces, schools or community groups.
Workshops are face-to-face or online, customised to the group’s needs. Each session blends practical tools, mindfulness, relaxation, and creative approaches.
